Fittings

SUNS FLOW SYSTEMS manufacture ductile iron fittings with the adoption of the Lost-Form techniques. The D.I fittings are made according to EN545-2006, EN598-1994 and ISO2531-1998 standard, pushed on "T" joints, "K" joints, and PN10, PN16, PN25,PN40  flange joints.

Inside, we have cement lining, which differs into Portland cement or high alumina cement.It complies with the standard ISO4179 . Metallic Zinc can be made upon the client requirement, usually 200g/㎡in thickness, complying with the standard ISO8179. The bitumen sprayed outside is usually ≥70um. And we also provide epoxy resin and polyurethane coating inside and outside, whose thicknesses is determined upon our clients' request.
